5. Right to Data Portability

To help us process your request quickly, please include your full name, email address, and a clear description of which right you're exercising.
Response Times and Fees
Standard Response Time
We will respond to your request within 1 month of receiving it. In complex cases, we may extend this by up to 2 months and will inform you of the delay and reasons.
Fees
We will not charge a fee for most requests. However, we may charge a reasonable fee if:
- Your request is clearly unfounded or excessive
- You request multiple copies of the same data
We'll inform you of any fees before processing your request.
Identity Verification
To protect your personal data, we may need to verify your identity before fulfilling certain requests (especially Subject Access Requests). This helps prevent unauthorized access to your data.

Any verification documents will be securely deleted after verification.
